Important Information
Subscription Terms
- Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. You will be charged at the start of each billing period.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting support at info@collisionrepairai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Credits: Monthly subscription credits are added at the start of each billing period. Unused credits roll over and never expire.
- Pricing Changes: CRAI may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the original price until the notice period expires.
Refund Policy
- Used credits are non-refundable.
- Unused credits from one-time purchases may be refundable within 7 days at CRAI's discretion.
- No refunds for subscription renewals once a billing period begins.
- No refunds for partial months or unused subscription credits.
Taxes
Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax. Maryland sales tax and other applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.
