Ryckman Apps LLC ("we," "our," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Collision Repair AI to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material hosted by Collision Repair AI infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Required Information
To be effective, your DMCA notice must include the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3):

Identification of the copyrighted work:
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.

Identification of the infringing material:
A description of the material that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our Services. Please provide specific URLs or other identifying information.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you.

Good faith statement:
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy statement:
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who uploaded the material
- Take appropriate action in accordance with the DMCA
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the District of Maryland if your address is outside the United States)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Ryckman Apps LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
False Claims
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
